It is good as well it help me lot of us but here is catch it deducted many amount for tax per transaction and as well per payout also so i have gave a 2 star of they make more convenient to a charges and payout then it ok.

Great tech as far as integration into the codebase, but no respect or consideration for their customers. By default they turn on automatic dispute resolution without even telling you about it and you automatically lose every dispute even if they're unsubstantiated. If you use this payment provider, make sure to TURN OFF VISA RDR, or you will be swindled by fake customers.

Hi there, We appreciate the feedback and are glad the integration experience worked well for you. On Visa RDR - it's enabled by default and documented in our dispute management documentation. It auto-resolves qualifying low-value disputes before they escalate into formal chargebacks, which reduces fees and overhead for most merchants. It doesn't mean you automatically lose every dispute. The features are buggy. I was using their credit features and found a lot of bugs in it. I reported them via their Discord support channel and it took around 10 days of back to back conversations to let them accept that it is a bug. The support via Discord is too slow. The impact is high since they are a payment gateway. Onboarding process was smooth and payout procedure was also smooth. Please mark new fetures as beta so that we can stay away from using it.

Multiple payment failures - even with Mastercard and UPI

Our team has already explained this to you, but to clarify here as well: payment success rates in India can vary due to underlying regulatory and banking constraints. For card subscriptions, transactions above INR 15,000 often require customers to manually approve each charge, which can lead to failures. Additionally, UPI Autopay involves multiple authorisation steps and is known to have higher drop-off rates during setup and execution. Because of these factors, India's payment success rates may not always match global averages. That said, they are still significantly better than what most merchants typically see with individual payment setups. Signing in on ios using link takes to browser instead of app. No google login option like web app

Very, very high charges. You have to pay charges everywhere. There is a 5% Payment Transaction Fee, a 20% tax, and a $5 Payout Fee. The profit I generated from the service was taken by DoDo Payment. You can not withdraw until you have $100 in your account. Their website, system, and documentation are good, but support is late & charges are too high.
