We are sorry you were disappointed in your ID tag. We try to make it very clear on our website how the tags will look and show you detailed previews of the front and back of the tag. There are also several example images on each product page. Our printing process has advantages over engraving because the contact information is easier to read, remains legible much longer and will not wear away over time. We do have a Lifetime Guarantee. If you do not like the tag simply call (855- 364-8242) or send us a message on our contact page and we will happily refund your purchase.
