I was first made aware of this company when I sent my K9 to training and I had to purchase a remote and transmitter. I have only had to replace the batteries once in the time of having the product. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Outstanding product and customer service. We have two different models of the Dogtra and both have worked very well. Our oldest model recently had the battery die so ordered a new one. I made a mistake installing it, called Customer Service and immediately was connected to a very knowledgeable person who walked me through the installation. This company is A+ and so are the products.

I have a Dogtra collar that I purchased eight years ago. It stopped holding a charge approximately six months ago. I was *delighted* when I contacted Dogtra and their first suggestion was to replace the batteries rather than purchase a new unit. I hadn't considered that might be the problem, especially given the unit's age. Once the batteries were replaced the unit has worked just as well as it did on Day One.
