I started off with a Dogtra 1900S almost a year ago, after having multiple close calls with a cheap $50 amazon e-collar. I actually tried two cheap ones. Over a period of 3 months, I had two runaway experiences while training my rescue husky. The main reason for me NOT purchasing a Dogtra right away when I got my rescue husky was the cost. When my pup was loose in the woods, I can tell you I sure would have spend $230 to find her. Pray you never lose your pup off leash, it's a very scary and very stressful experience. Over the last year my rescue husky is now a model of dog training, almost always offleash with never needing to using the electrical stimulation setting, maybe a vibrate here or there to get her attention. I firmly believe I would not currently have such a well behaved rescue husky if it wasn't for my 1900S. Last week I called asking about how I could add a another collar, and I was walked through what that process looked like and it was about $180 if I recall. I opted to buy the 1902S and then give my old collar to my parents for their dog (my mom says he doesn't walk well..he totally does with a collar on!). I called again today to ask about comfort contacts and instead of being fed a sales pitch, I received great feedback that it likely wouldn't add value for my pup. Great U.S. based customer service and a product I can't recommend more. My pup (Ahsoka) hikes, runs, bikes, and skis with me all off leash. She even walks through crowds with me off leash staying at me knee without any collar input. I thank Dogtra immensely for this training tool.

I had questions about part numbers for a replacement antenna and strap for a Dogtra e-collar so I could repair a collar my puppy had gotten a hold of. My questions were answered within a day complete with links. I ordered the parts and they arrived a few days later. Dogtra has always treated me well.

Reached out on Dogtra's Facebook page. Nick responded right away and was super helpful. Called and spoke with Nick and placed my order for a new transmitter. He even ran it back to shipping department so it would go out today! He definitely made it super easy! Awesome service!👏🏼

Had a problem with a receiver and the Dogtra team answered the phone on second ring, listened to my issue, and made it right. Very impressed.
