Good dog sitting, but I can not opt out of emails. Now I regularly get emails that I do not want and have taken steps to no longer receive. They are now spam. This review came as spam. I will attempt to unsubscribe again. If it wasn't for the spam, it would have been 5 stars. Allow people to opt out. Fix the service. Pressing the Unsubscribe button on the emails does not work. I have tried with every single one of them. Now I have to make a phone call... unacceptable.

Hello, R.L. - Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are running into issues in unsubscribing from our emails. Each email that is sent out, whether it is a promotional email or a review email, has the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the message. If for any reason you have unsubscribed but are still receiving emails, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will manually remove your email address from the lists. Hope this helps!
