I was very rude to the rep on the phone, I think her name was Nancy, it was nothing she did I guess I was just having a bad day and she did not deserve the way I spoke to her. The Manager called me back the next day and was able to understand where the mistake happened and she was able to help me correct it and shipped my order

My order did not arrive due to some sort of mixup with the shipping carrier. Dog waste depot provided me with the product ordered via a will call pickup with no hassle. It says lot about a supplier that will make up for the shippers shortcomings by giving me this product without plenty investigation in to why and how the originally ordered bags got lost, or otherwise did not make it to their destination. Customer service is top notch. Well done!!!!
