DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Installation, Service 5 Star. The collar is Cumbersone. It would be great if it was smaller.

I am not a professional, but I suspect the wire should be completely covered when buried. I notice a couple of spots where I could physically see the wire. My experience was pleasant and I am not complaining, just providing feed back in the spirit of continuous improvement. Thank you!

Great care with showing our dogs what to do with the invisible fence. Living care and consideration for our dogs. If we encounter any problems we have received quick response. Thanks for your installation and instructions

Couldn't have dealt with nicer folks. They did a professional job and my dogs were treated humanely. Best of all they stay in yard even when distracted by wildlife and other dogs. Several suggestions for improvements are (1) provide installers with a layout of where the wire is to be installed. There are plenty of drawing programs (some at no charge) that would make communicating to the installers concise and clear. Verbal communication can be difficult. There have been times where I felt that I clearly stated something and found out that others mistook what I was trying to get across to them. If this isn't possible, just sketch it out for them. The second suggestion (mostly for Kohler or for folks that are fussy about their lawns - I'm not), find a way to make the installation "invisible" or patch up areas where the equipment leaves ruts.

The DogWatch system has worked great. It's consistently on and haven't had too many issues as our dog figured out what to do (and not to do) really quickly. Changing the settings on the main device are ridiculously archaic. The good news is once you get it set up, you don't need to do anything with it.

My representative was friendly, helpful, and trained my dog to use the fence. The flags are annoying to mow around, but don't have to stay in the ground forever. Easy to adjust strength and settings for your dog's needs. The auto "walk-up" feature at level 5 was not for our dog, though the trainer recommended. I keep her at level 4, so that the shock does not automatically intensify.

I am very happy with the system. It has given me peace of mind that my pets are contained safely in the perimeter of my yard. And so far the customer service had been great. Anytime I have a question they are very quick to answer. The only thing I would change if possible would be the warning sound on the collar being a little louder but that would be for me probably more so than the pups. Lol Overall very nice system and people!

Our dog is very happy to be outside off leash! Professional, on time. Clean fast installation. Thought there would be more training.
