Can confirm these guys are a scam. We were scammed by their "lifetime membership" and concierge trip planning. Asked for a trip to the South Pacific near the beach and they sent me an itinerary for Dubai. When I asked customer service to redo it, they were rude, stubborn and unhelpful. Tried to charge me $15/day for a new itinerary despite the fact that the terms of my purchase stated $25 per itinerary. I provided proof and they still argued via scam logic to claim they don't have to honor any of it.

Same as everyone else, I didn't sign up for a paid 69$ membership and then I was charged without notice. Going through credit card dispute process now.

Scammed
Welp, unfortunately, I too, am a victim and a member of their "changed your cancelled account to an active account and then hit you with a $69 auto renewal fee that was given NO NOTICE about and then refusing to refund the money" club. Not only will the BBB be notified but the FTC as well, in addition to any other regulatory agency responsible for scammers such as DFC.

A family of four went to Maui for under $1000 CAD. We had a great time and saved almost half the cost of flights! Thank you!

Like many other people, I signed up for a free account and was then charged $69 for a yearly subscription with NO renewal notice. The customer service is terrible and they are refusing to give a refund. The business claims that a renewal notice was sent out, yet I never received one. They have a history of consistently failing to send out renewal notices to their customers for several years. I can also see that other customers have received refunds, yet they refuse to refund me. They are offering me a free membership of a service that I clearly have no interest in whatsoever due to their dishonest business practices. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DOLLAR FLIGHT CLUB.
