Ordered one thing and received something very different
Ordered a specific bouquet due to the color scheme as shown on the website. What arrived was nothing like the picture shown. I understand that flowers are seasonal so there will be a possibility of some minor changes but it's a bit misleading to show a bouquet with majority one color and the delivered one having essentially none of that color. What arrived was decent, but not what I ordered in terms of style and color. Edit/addition: It's too late now to say you'd like to speak to me about the order as I already contacted you at the time of the delivery and nothing was done to rectify the order.
