I'd give them zero stars if I could. Constant, long lasting outages and outrageous prices.

I spent two and a half hours on the phone making payment arrangements with a second level supervisor who assured me that my service would not be shut off if I made the payment in 2 days. I wake up the next morning, my service is off. called in spent another hour on the phone, and spoke to another second level supervisor who supposedly listened to our phone call and denied that any such arrangement was made. if she had actually bothered to listen to the 25 minute phone call, she would have heard the other supervisor promise me that my service would not be shut off. the incompetence is utterly staggering.

Wish I could rate lower. Have been billed for 4 months AFTER leaving my residance. Never got my deposite. Long standing payment disputes and confusion on their end. This is the worst company I think I have ever worked with

The application process here is a complete waste of time and resources. I passed their employment test and went through three full interviews, only to receive a cold rejection. Why put candidates through that many rounds if you have no intention of hiring them? It feels like you need an inside connection to even be considered, making the whole process feel rigged. Wasting people's time, gas, and effort in this economy is completely unacceptable. Plenty of qualified people are showing up and passing the benchmarks, only to be pushed aside.

If I could give them no stars I would. Their customer support is so unprofessional. They can not give you answers when you have legitimate questions. My most recent question to them: my monthly bill is always around the $80-120 range. I got a bill for $350.00 about 3 years ago in October. I called and their response was that I needed to replace all of my windows, I made no changes and the bills went back to normal. now in July I get charged $320.90, I call again and their rep told me that I need to learn to budget and be more frugal. What kind of answers are these? They have monopolized their services so we as customers are screwed. We just have to pay and pray that the next bill is ok.

Dominion power failed to deliver again tonight-this the 3rd time since we involuntarily underwrote this whole power line underground burying project to ‘protect the customer from Outages’. So we’re paying higher rates to finance the project to reduce power outage (but we all know it’s to save Dominion overtime/premium pay) for what to date has been same-if not higher outage periods. Please fix yourself Dominion-we are begging!

I been living in the south for a year now and The electric company Domion Energy is by far the worst I ever came across. Always power outages and long waiting times for customer service , ut when they need there money for you paying the bill they want every cent of it. I have an outage now that started at 9:45 A.M and I got an update saying power should be back on by 1p.m. this is another thing that rubbed .e the wrong way with living down south this stuff never happens like this all my life living in NY. South Carolina is the worst.

My light bill in a double wide trailer shouldn't be no 1,200 a month y'all one sorry ass company ripping people off then y'all set appointment to come to my house and cancel saying y'all came last year so things change...my air conditioner company came out nothing is on there end I'm about to check into a lawyer cause he said my light bill shouldn't be 580 to 600 y'all owe me money and over charging me and a lot of other people I see people already reached the news y'all workers attitude even sucks just like this company I will not let y'all get by ripping me or anyone else off
