Honestly had a great time ordering these for my wife for Mother’s Day. The website is a little laggy but customer service is THROUGH THE ROOF! I placed an order and they unfortunately ran out of that product cancelled my order. BUT they refunded me my 200$ AND sent me a $160 gift card to say sorry. I decided to bite the bullet and after a mini crisis , I sent them emails that they don’t respond to. Was becoming angry and irate. So I decided to do was to reach out to them via social media. Quickly they responded and the problem was quickly rectified with a tracking number and reasoning why I didn’t receive notification. A week later Problem resolved a very happy customer!
