I've recently gotten into exploring different scents, but the price of full-sized bottles (even travel sizes!) was a huge turnoff. Plus, testing perfumes in stores on a paper strip doesn’t really show how they wear over time. So, I was super excited to find Dossier! They make affordable dupes of popular fragrances, so I could try a bunch without spending a fortune. I ordered five bottles, and the only one I didn’t love was too sweet for me. Luckily, returns are free, and they even donate returned bottles to charity—so it didn’t feel like a waste!

Andrew was awesome to work with and quickly helped me resolve my issue. I am very impressed and thankful for all of his help!

Though I was interested in trying the product, I did not want to start a monthly subscription. After noticing charges, I contacted the company. The customer service team was fantastic. They responded to my email within minutes, answered all my questions, promptly refunded me and cancelled my subscription. Very refreshing! Thank you Dossier!

Great selection. Easy to order. Fast checkout. So quick in fact that I didn’t notice I hadn’t updated my shipping info in my new phone and emailed Dossier right away to change the info. They got back to me and corrected the issue the first business day they could. I love businesses that respond quickly and are more than happy to help their customers.

The customer service is excellent and the fragrances are very high quality. I love that it is free for exchanges, even without a membership. There is a really great selection of scents to choose from. I'm so delighted to have found out about this company.
