Marco has provided excellent customer service since the beginning, he provides a thorough explanation of what needs to get done if there’s an issue to be fixed with your DOT. It’s hard to find people willing to work with you and always with a great and positive attitude. Marco is sure one of a kind customer service representative. God bless you Mr. Marco, thank you for all the help you have provided!

I had the best experience ever with Charlene from the DOT, she was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, I had no issues whatsoever completing the application, she helped me through the process and eased my worries even if I asked the same question twice, she did not get annoyed and answered all my questions with kindness! Thank you, Charlene, you're the best!!
