Found out about Dr. B from a Google for a tele health appointment. I’m so glad I went with them, the service was fast and easy and my prescription was on its way to the pharmacy in less than half hour. It would’ve taken me that long to get to urgent care. Will definitely keep using Dr. B.

they simplified the process of getting a prescription sooo much. i really appreciate how affordable and easy the service is. will definitely be using it again!

Overall a good value! Pros: EZ to use, some situations do not require a phone consult, Doctor/Physicians Assistant review in a couple of hours and refilled my regular prescription Cons: My situation did not need a phone consultation, so there was no easy way to ask about my prescription ( I knew the medication, but not the quantity or the refills); My previous prescription from another doctor was for 2-months worth and 2 refills. Here I only got 1-months worth and 2 refills. The result is that I have to have twice as many consultations this year and I pay more for my medication because of the lower number of pills. I'll likely review other on-line Healthcare providers before my next visit, but Dr. B will certainly remain on my list good options.

So recently being diagnosed with situational hypertension my insurance changed and told me they don't cover amlodipine which is what my PCP recommends. I informed my doc that I don't have $600 to dish out. So she recommended Dr. B's to me. Like many of the other reviews I was skeptical about the $15 charge, they also did a financial consult and I was able to get the consultation free of charge. I got a 90 day supply along with a prescription discount card and I pick my meds up in a few. Money has been tight and this has saved me. Thank you so much because with my PCP recommending this and the help of Dr. B I honestly don't know how I was going to be able to get my prescription refilled. The support chat on the site was also patient with me and answered all my questions. Yeah I will be a customer forever!!!!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!

I haven't had a UTI in years, but once I felt those dreaded symptoms, I knew AZO wasn't going to cut it. I have an established PCP but when I called to ask if they could send in a prescription without seeing me, they indicated I would need to come in to provide a urine sample. I live 30 minutes away so I thanked them but elected to see the wait times at a local walk in clinic. By happenstance, I googled online UTI treatment and Dr. B popped up. I looked into GoodRX also but visits started around $50. I decided to look into Dr. B's $15 advertisement assuming there was fine print I wasn't grasping. I started the online consultation with the expectation of hidden fees or strings but within MINUTES, I had completed an assessment for UTI and it was sent to be reviewed by a medical provider. The questions were intentional, straightforward, and very similar to what would be asked during an in-person visit. I will say I have had uncomplicated UTIs in the past that have not required additional treatment and I have never experienced side effects with the medication. The experience may be different for others.Y'all, that was at 10:14 am. At 10:21 am I had a prescription (same as previously prescribed by a brick and mortar physician) sent to my local pharmacy. WHAT IS THE MAGIC?! The entire process took less time than it would have taken for me to drive up the road. I am simply astonished and beyond grateful that as I am writing this review, my prescription is ready (it's 10:50!). This is by far more efficient and quicker than a traditional route.

I completed the online consultation and they tried calling but my phone rejected the first 4 calls because it thought it was a spam call. I finally talked to a woman who wasn't even the doctor and I requested a prescription and have not heard anything back or gotten my prescription. Waste of 15 dollars
