Would recommend. The ordering, delivery, and usage experience of our DreamSofa couch has been incredible! Customer service amazing. Reaching out to DreamSofa even a year later to get a matching ottoman was easy and convenient.

The first thing I will mention is that Dream offers a ton of choices that cover pretty much every style of furniture out there e.g. contemporary, mcm, modern, and etc. I purchased an Alton model sofa in a 2 seat, extra deep configuration, and my overall experience has been very positive. One of their sr designers recommended a fabric that met my needs for pill-resistance, breathability, and pet friendliness. While I was initially unsure about the color choice, it has grown on me. The solid wood frame feels durable, and I appreciate that the pieces are made in the USA, which can't be said for many other furniture brands. My sofa arrived quickly—within about a month of finalizing the configuration. The customer service team was responsive throughout the process, and their senior designers provided valuable advice on fabric characteristics. Dream also offers a ton of customization options, which you can pretty much get any product you want but significant customizations can get pricey. They even sell affordable replacement covers and cushions if you ever want to change up the look. My only regret is not making the sofa a little longer, as I like to lounge and am right up against the current dimensions. Dream also does white-label manufacturing for other furniture brands but I highly recommend purchasing directly from them. The direct service and level of customization they offer are superior to any of the other brands selling their pieces. Some of the gripes I have read from other reviews concern the fabric swatches but don't seem to be from actual customers that made a purchase. Yes, the swatches do take some time to get sent out and sometimes you don't get the fabrics you requested but that's primarily due to Dream Sofa carrying a large constantly changing collection of fabrics. All in all I do think they have a large enough selection of fabric choices that will satisfy most people.

I love the sofa (Turin Panel - Sasha Teal). The color is absolutely beautiful and pops in our living room. The sofa is really comfortable. One of my daughters was very sad to let our old sofa go, but was thrilled when this one arrived because it has so much room for all four of us to be comfortable. While it took a while for the sofa to arrive it was nice to receive updates on the progress of the build and delivery process. Delivery was super easy and professional. Assembly was also very easy.

I absolutely love the DreamSofa couch I purchased a year ago. The cushions still feel the exact same as they did from the day I got the couch. The fabric is really high quality, the frame of the couch is extremely sturdy, overall, I'm glad I bought a DreamSofa couch. I initially was nervous spending a premium amount of money on a couch I haven't seen yet, but all of my research led me back to DreamSofa for a high quality couch. I'm glad I upgraded the cushion quality too because I believe that has played the biggest role in my couch looking as great as it does 1 year later. It took about 3 months from when I ordered the couch to when it arrived but the wait was well worth it. I have spilt a few things on the couch over the year and every time, I've been able to effectively clean the fabric and it's come out every time. However, my favorite part of the couch is how it simultaneously is a couch that looks, feels, and sits proper, but as soon as the guests leave, it is a couch I can comfortably lounge on in the most slouched position haha. The whole experience from beginning to end was so simple and easy. Great customer service. We have a small living room and needed something sturdy, knowing a toddler would be using it as a primary play thing. This couch has held up so well in the 1.5 years we have had it, with no sign of giving up yet. Even grown ups have partaken in "toddler play" (jumping and running on the couch) and it holds up. It vacuums and cleans well, is easy to move if we need to, and is comfortable to sit or sleep on. We have nothing but praise!

After two weeks of waiting,... we were sent the wrong fabric swatches.

I came across this company after a friend sent me a link to the website Insider’s Guide to Furniture. The author of the site, Jeff, specifically recommended this company for people looking for a sofa sleeper. He also shared advice on how to customize the sofa to make it both comfortable and durable. It took a while for the sofa to arrive, but I absolutely love it. It’s deep, sturdy, and heavy in the best possible way. Aside from my mid-century antiques, I’ve never encountered this level of quality in new furniture. I feel really lucky to have stumbled across this brand and couldn’t be happier with the sofa.

Overall, we’re really happy with our sofa! Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the build quality makes it well worth the wait. The cushions are very full and substantial—they definitely require a little time to break in, but to me, that’s a great sign they’ll hold their shape and last for years. The sleeper mechanism and mattress are genuinely comfortable and easy to use for guests, too. The fabric we chose has minor pilling, but it’s very minimal and not an issue for us. A solid, comfortable piece of furniture we're pleased with.
