When I first opened and put it in my car, but it dried up too quickly. Might have been the heat here in southern Colorado. I can’t smell it anymore.

Great scent and it’s subtle not overbearing

No opportunity to speak with a customer service person. I had issues with scheduling and just wanted to fix it. AI can’t do everything and it sent me on rabbit chases. Loved the product but the customer service is awful.

I don't like the fact that it has taken so long to get the scents I wanted. I started off with Amber and Open Air. I don't know how it got switched to Teak Wood, but Teak Wood was a scent that I didn't care for and it has taken me months to get the scents I wanted.

I love the fragrance. But I have noticed some oil leakage so I unplug when I leave my house and at bedtime, I want to be safe.

I love this product

I love the way it makes my whole house smell great. I don't smell it, but people walk in and ask me what I am using to make it smell so good.

Your product does not make my car smell like there is a freshener in the car at all.
