The UI is best and the support is amazing, product lacking mid-top features, but most is on the roadmap. I haven’t found a better mix of UI-support-product in the market (and I’ve looked thoroughly)

Ongoing problems with Inmail and sequences, otherwise we really thought this was a good part of the tech stack. Sadly their inmail sequence functionality is flawed, using basic LinkedIn contract even when a customer is operating under a paid LinkedIn account. If you use inmails in any sequence, even open profiles your account campaigns get stopped and it suggests you contact Linkedin support, who may or may not have blocked your account but they will certainly review it after you contact them. We are moving products, which is a real pain as you are always at risk of potentially contacting those you have reached out to before as their is no history to take with you. Disappointed with this service indeed. No refunds offered if "your campaigns have performed well" All in all - avoid Dripify, they look like they have their act together but its not solid tech. Customer service support is attentive however and that is a bonus, sadly you need it regulary.

Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are sorry to hear that you've had this kind of experience while using Dripify. We understand how disappointing it is when you can't use the needed feature fully or something is missing. The issue with InMail has been known to us, and the development team is looking into creating a solution that should fix it. As of now, not all LinkedIn (and Dripify) users are facing this sort of limitation, which makes it hard for us to create a solution that will help everyone. We are sorry to see you go, but we understand your decision at this time. We hope you'll give us a chance in the future, and we won't let you down. Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify

Dripify is very easy to navigate and use. As with most tools of this type, true customization is very limited. Overall, I'm pleased with my results and would recommend to those in need of outreach support.

I've been using Dripify for a a month now and genuinely enjoy working with it. It's a powerful tool that lets me create and manage my own outreach sequences with ease. I especially appreciate how it helps me streamline workflows and automate time-consuming tasks—once everything is set up, I can lean back and let it run. The user experience is smooth and intuitive, and I love that all my messages are easily accessible within the platform. Everything I need is in one place. My only (minor) wish would be to target more leads at the same time—this would help scale efforts even further. Still, Dripify has become a valuable part of my workflow, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their LinkedIn outreach.

Had used Dripify before as well, and couldn't stop vouching for it to my Senior. Dripify is that one tool which can make your Outbound Prospecting seamless. Excellent features, great UI/UX, and greater Onboarding + Support.
