It's been eleven days since my car sold and still no money. I get zero communication from them and going into a holiday weekend it will be at least four more days before anything happens on it. Buyer has car already. Run away. Fast!

Working with Riley from Caramel has been a total game-changer. As a new dealer, the amount of paperwork and logistics can be overwhelming—but Riley took all of that off my plate. He walked me through the process with patience and expertise, saving me hours of time and hassle. His professionalism and responsiveness made everything smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for a better rep or a better platform to partner with. Caramel is the real deal—thanks to Riley!

Caramel has finally figured out what no one else has been able to do. They offer a great platform to make long distance car selling and buying transactions, with financing available, warranties, and getting out of state registrations and titling handled as well!

They are hands down the easiest lenders that our dealership works with. They take care of everything and their buy rates are better than others. Highly recommend.
