Stephanie & Cesar are Rock Stars. Specifically, they provided service that exceeded my expectations. They listened to all my concerns & reponded with Speed of Light response. How fortunate Drive Caramel & customers are to have them.

Kira, it’s the only one capable of helping me, she took the time to help, others brush me off!

Spencer was amazing. I called on the phone and he not only followed up with a text, but a text in which l could keep in touch and he responded to all my questions. Amazing customer service!!

The very first page of your website malfunctioned by demanding a 17-digit VIN for my boat which has a 12-digit HIN. Automated "help" files were useless and circular failing to address the issue at all. If not for the intervention of your human support agent, Anna Purkey, I could not have progressed beyond that point. Ms. Purkey's intervention was necessary at every step in the endless and Byzantine process. You need to hire an experienced team of technical writers to conduct a "useability study" and advise how to fix the inscrutable mess on your site. NEVER let software engineers design your interface.

Hi RJ - our sincere apologies, we will share this feedback to try to make things easier for non-traditional vehicles such as boats.

Working with Stephanie Olsen through this somewhat challenging journey has been a pleasure. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We still have a few details to work out, but I know she'll get the answers needed to complete the purchase. Interaction with other staff members was also positive.

While I found the experience a little cumbersome the assistance of reps like Jennifer(I know there are more than one) made the experience so much better. She listened to my issues and did her best to correct them. Everyone that helped me was very good!!!!

I would give 0 stars. A buyer choose to use Caramel and I was the seller. Both she and I experienced the most frustrating experience in buying/selling a car. She regrets using this service. It took over a week to process document and then the money side of things was a disaster too and we had to cancel the transporter twice as despite funds being there on a Friday, they were not released until after noon on Tuesday. Hald was supposed to be released Saturday but they did not respond for over 48 hours to our communications. I will never use or accept this service again. Nothing them told me happened the way they said it would. Zero stars
