Dear Karyn,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important points.
Our program is rooted in cellular health, and an essential part of that process includes supporting the body’s natural detoxification pathways. While we discuss the foundational goals during the consultation, we understand that the full scope of the program can feel overwhelming if expectations aren’t clearly aligned from the beginning.
As part of the enrollment process, every participant is presented with the Hormone Health Advantage Agreement and Enrollment Form. These documents clearly outline the structure of the program, the use of professional-grade supplements, the expectations regarding morning and evening protocols, and the financial and cancellation policies. Reviewing and signing these materials is a required step before officially joining the program, ensuring that every client provides informed consent prior to beginning.
Regarding supplements, the program is built around a phased supplementation plan to support detoxification, restoration, and long-term cellular healing. This approach is shared during the consultation and reinforced through the program materials provided at the start.
We are proud to note that Dr. Katie Effertz is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) with extensive additional training in functional medicine and cellular healing protocols. Her background and philosophy are fully outlined on our website and throughout the consultation process.
While we regret that the program was not the right fit for you, we are confident in the integrity, transparency, and care we bring to each client relationship. We sincerely wish you the best on your continued health journey and appreciate your feedback.
