Updated reply for Pamela 7/4/2025,
Thank you for taking the time to update your feedback.
We want to acknowledge again that we did speak and made genuine efforts to come to a peaceful resolution. While there was no contingency placed on your refund request, we did communicate our hope that any resolution reached could be reflected in your review as part of a mutual understanding. Our intention, always, is to help people make real progress toward their health goals—including yours.
We also want to recognize that while your husband passed away five months prior to joining, we understand that grief is deeply personal, and everyone processes it differently. That’s why, despite this not being part of our typical process, we did allow your program to be paused in the first month out of care and compassion.
You remained in the program for three of the four months before deciding it wasn’t a fit for you and choosing to cancel. We respected that decision and worked to handle your concerns as thoughtfully as possible.
We’re truly sorry you felt unheard at times, and while we may not have met your expectations, our door remains open. If you’d like support in continuing your health journey, you’re always welcome to reach back out.
We sincerely wish you continued healing and clarity during this season.
Dear Pamela,
First and foremost, we want to extend our deepest condolences for your loss. Grief is an incredibly difficult journey, and we understand how challenging it must have been to navigate both your healing and emotional well-being during this time. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we are sorry to hear that our program did not provide the support you needed at this moment in your life.
Our intention is always to meet our clients where they are, offering guidance and education to help them move toward better health. We acknowledge that grief can impact decision-making, and we sincerely wish the timing had been better for you to fully benefit from the program. While we do have policies in place regarding enrollment and refunds, we always strive to handle individual situations with care and understanding. We are sorry if you felt that your circumstances were not taken into full consideration.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and take it to heart as we continue to improve the ways we support our clients, especially those navigating major life challenges. If there is anything we can do to support you now, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].
Wishing you peace and healing.
