Great produce, improved operations and quality of video.

My experience with drone world over the past month has not been ideal. However, I spoke with the operations manager recently and he explained why their shipments and response times have been lacking. They treated me in a professional manner and understand people are frustrated right now. All I can say is trust this company, they proved they still deserve my business. After they fixed the issues I was having I have nothing but good things to say.

Drone World has a good customer service team and a good product. I purchased the ipad mini 4 sunshade and extender and wasn't sure if it was compatible with the Mavic Air. They responded quickly and I puchased the right shade. Good quality product with good customer service.
