The projects have been delivered in good shape but the delays seem to be constant. The initial ship date always seems to be vastly overestimated.

Drop does a great job of offering its users a wide variety of items that are very high quality but at a very good value. I know I can trust that what Drop posts for sale is exactly what I will receive if I choose to participate. Shipping is always timely with good tracking information. If an item cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason, Drop is fast on returning my money to me so that as a consumer, I am not waiting for any refund to be processed. They are a very proactive organization and take great pride in excellent communications and customer service. I will continue to do business with Drop.

They have made a lot of quality gear available to EU customers that otherwise is not sold here or is way overpriced. Shipments have always been fast and I haven't been disappointed so far!
