Package for chips hard to open. Package for macadamia nuts to suck on is rough on your outer lips. I wondered why the corners of my mouth were sore and figured out it was the package and need to be really careful how you get the insides out. Insides are good

After kneading the package per instrutions, when I opened it a rush of oil spilled out all over everywhere. It was a total mess. Not enough was left to taste it.

The product is good. Best to get direct if you desire fresh product. The only negative it's it takes a couple weeks to receive which is a lifetime in this day and age. Once the product ships it seems fast but takes a while for order processing.

Love the idea around this but, the flavor is kind of all over the place. I had to cut open my package to get the salt & chocolate from the very very bottom. The top 30% is all liquid. Not sure if the packing is off or it’s just me. Although I do like the taste & convenience of it.

I ordered your two new bone broths. That is 60 servings. I must say these are the first products that you have come out with that I have not just loved. I don't much care for the taste of flavor of the Broths. I have tried a couple of them each so far. I am trying to like them because they were expensive and I will finish both bags no matter what. I have been taking one or two Kettle and Fire Bone Broths a day for over a year and maybe it is that I am so used to them that I just need to get used to yours. I won't take theirs again until I finish both bags of yours. Maybe I will have a better taste for them at the end of both bags.

The product is ok but not great, and in my opinion way over priced. It is not something that I intend to purchase again and I am glad that I only bought the sample size and did not get a full sized order
