Booking process was very easy and their availability for a pick up date includes Sunday was very helpful. Pricing was very reasonable and they arrived on time for a pick up.

I was impressed with the quality of service. There was some confusion on the number of items because the pickup location was an apartment building. Someone else at the complex had also placed a similar item by mine. The hauler communicated with me to confirm which items were mine . They even sent photos before and after.

The whole experience was smooth-sailing. The service was super straightforward to book, the interface was simple, no hidden cost, and above all, the job was done exactly as scheduled. It was almost too good to be true. I am very happy.

WOW I am blown away. I had been waiting weeks for my local garbage company to come pick up my couch and gave up when they stopped responding to my emails. I found Dropcurb on Google and it took barely an hour before my couch was gone! Everything from order to pickup was so incredibly simple. Dropcurb will definitely be my go-to from now on!

I placed this review on Google as well. I’m a real person and wrote this myself even though the review is the same. To sum it up, excellent service and good value. Highly recommend. I signed up and paid online for a television pickup. The process was simple and communication up and through the pickup was excellent. The team showed up when they said they would and sent photos of their pickup once complete. The price was very reasonable.
