I would have given them a five-star rating if they had picked up the furniture from the curb without any hassle. Considering my fiancé had to load the furniture onto the truck, I felt the price was a bit high and should’ve been less because we did the hard work. Only one person came to pick up a three-seater sofa and recliner. They communicate well when you send them a message and they arrive promptly.

The bottom line is they did move my appliance. The website is easy to use, it's easy to pay (of course) and communication is very good. They kept me in the loop every step. Here's the negative: Their words prominently posted at the top of the site are "Same-Day" - My pick up was completed on the 3rd day. For whatever reason, good bad or indifferent, the fact is if you need it the same day... you may not get that. Also, though I received texted apologies daily there was never any mention of a discount or refund due to them not doing what they said they would. Hope this helps.
