Hello, This is a representative from DRVETIONEBIKE. I sincerely apologize for not being informed of your issue in a timely manner. We do not manufacture the "F20" model bicycle; the "CT 20" is our best-selling model, which boasts extremely high customer satisfaction and an excellent riding experience. Our bicycles are all manufactured using high-quality components, so you don't need to worry about malfunctions during normal riding. If you have any questions about our bicycles or need assistance, please feel free to contact me at [email protected]. Best regards,

Hello! This is DRVETION E-BIKE. Thank you very much for sharing your candid feedback. We sincerely appreciate you pointing out these issues; this helps us make transparent improvements to better serve all our EU customers. To address your concerns, we would like to clarify the following points: 1. Regarding the throttle shown in Facebook advertisements All DRVETION fat-tire e-bikes designed for the EU market fully comply with the EN 15194 EPAC regulations: their hand-operated throttles are factory-set to a maximum speed of 25 km/h, and the motors have a maximum power output of 250W. 2. Customer service contact details and physical warehouse address Our website has been fully updated, and you can now contact us via various email addresses or WhatsApp. We operate physical warehouses in Europe with ample stock of spare parts; all orders are shipped from these European warehouses, not from China. 3. Regarding concerns about fraud risks DRVETION is a legitimately registered brand, and all our compliant 250W e-bikes come with a full EU Declaration of Conformity. Each bike features a unique frame number traceable to our EU warehouse inventory and includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on core components. We offer secure checkout via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal—with all payments protected by official payment providers' buyer protection schemes—and you can also view verified orders and reviews from EU customers. We take your feedback very seriously. If you wish to view CE compliance documents, proof of warehouse address, or other details, please send us a private message, and we will promptly provide all relevant official documentation. Best regards, DRVETION Official Support Team
