We are sorry you feel the wait for the product has been too long and that you haven't been informed. You placed your order on Saturday December 5th, our office is only open to process and ship out orders Monday through Friday. Orders typically ship the same day they are received, but in some cases they cannot be shipped until the following business day, your order was shipped on Tuesday December 8th from Life Extension as it is a product we do not carry in house. As we state on our site, tracking numbers are available upon request if you do not receive yours via email, we encourage customers to contact us if they do not get their tracking numbers automatically and we gladly give them over the phone or through direct email. I checked the tracking on your order and it is scheduled to arrive today, December 14th. This is only the 6th business day since you placed your order, the 5th business day since it was shipped, and the mail is running behind at this time of year due to the holidays. If you do not receive your order today or would like your tracking number to check for yourself please call or email us and we'll provide it. For your privacy, as this is a public forum, I am not posting your tracking info here. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and encourage customers to contact us if they feel something with their order isn't going right. We will always do everything we can to fix it, best wishes, the DR Vitamins Team.
