Received my order immediately! I love the Bruder warm eye compress! Really helps with reducing pain/inflammation caused by MGD! I also love the Optase MGD Advanced eye drops! Finally, an eye drop that doesn’t irritate my eyes! I will order more drops soon, so I don’t run out!

I was so pleased with the customer service I received after contacting dryeyerescue.com concerning a shipping error. I got a quick response and was even refunded my shipping cost. I got the products I ordered in a timely manner.

The masks don't stay warm enough long enough right from the start. The masks also don't last as long as they say. The nice thing about them is that they have eye slots so you can do stuff. This doesn't quite make up for my first two points though. I hope you can improve t hem.
