I’m writing to express how disappointed I am with this entire purchase experience. I paid around $400 for the 75T ESP bundle, and after waiting over 30 days for delivery to Europe, I was hit with an additional $40 customs fee on arrival. When the package finally arrived, I couldn’t even use it because I had to wait three more days just to get the firmware. The so-called “support” was basically nonexistent hours between replies, no clear instructions, and constant delays. When I finally got the firmware, it didn’t even work. Flashing failed completely. After more waiting, the FW developer used RustDesk to control my PC to try fixing it and when it failed again, he just disconnected without saying a word. No explanation, no fix, no follow-up. Completely unprofessional. I’ve now requested a refund and haven’t received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable I’ve lost time, money, and patience. Unless this is resolved immediately, I’ll be filing a formal dispute through my payment provider and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware of how poorly this product and support team operate.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — that’s absolutely not the standard we aim for. I’ve personally escalated your case to ensure the refund and follow-up are handled promptly. International shipping and firmware delivery can sometimes take longer due to customs and developer queue times, but we should’ve kept communication clearer. Thank you for sharing this feedback — we’ll be using it to improve our support process moving forward.

Game is unplayable with ESP on. FPS tanks every single time. And support is unresponsive, I've been waiting for a response for over 6 days now.

Asked for refund, support guy was rude and said we don’t refund. Terrible service.

Got the DMA ultimate bundle. It took a while because of shipping delays that were out of their control, but once I got it, everything was included as stated. If you follow the instructions in the discord, setting it up isn't complicated. FW takes about 24-48 hours to receive, which seems reasonable to me. These are people behind the scenes with their own personal lives like you and me.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We really appreciate your patience with the shipping delays — and you’re exactly right, following the Discord setup guides makes the process smooth. Glad to hear everything arrived as expected and that the FW delivery went well. 💪
