Duck is good!
My host is Aubrey, a very professional and kind person. Cannot say enough good things about her. Previously, worked with Joe and another straight up good person. I have definitely enjoyed my time at Duck and could easily play elsewhere but, due to such a professional staff, I choose to stay. Every good company must have two things that allow it to standout above others, and that is a good product and good people. Duck has both. This can only be attained or otherwise attributed to excellent managerial personnel and owners. Simple as that! I will keep my money in this camp and hopefully good things will come my way. READ THIS BEFORE PLAYING HERE
The amount of unhappy people writing reviews just reassures me that i made the right decision and deactivated my account after being a golden goose vip hosted member for over 4 years. When i first started playing here i had so much fun and made SOOOOO MUCH MONEY, Im talking Thousands of dollars. Everything was great,I became EXTREMELY GOOD at certain games such as”Gold rush” “Bust a safe” this medusa game and so many others. I literally paid my rent and all my bills just playing these games for about a couple years. The withdrawal process was the easiest once you understand how to withdrawl using a bitcoin wallet which i preferred the app “Exodus” and “Moonpay”. Some people aren’t familiar with bitcoin but i’m telling you guys it’s the most safest way to make deposits and to withdraw your money. i recommend depositing through bitcoin because once you upload your cards onto their website it becomes exposed to all sorts of problems. I get so many charges everyday because i used my cards and it sucks cause i can’t seem to get rid of the people using my info even when i get a new card it just keeps following me and that’s why i keep my card locked at all times. Bitcoin can seem hard to use and confusing but i promise you it’s super manageable and way more safer then using cards. Exodus is the best bitcoin wallet and so when you guys withdraw your money or your winnings understand that it’s $2500 maximum amount per week or whenever it transfers and it takes about 3 business days sometimes 2 but rarely that happens and weekends don’t count as business days sometimes if you withdraw monday or tuesday then you’ll get your funds in the same week but anything after that it’ll be the following week. I never have used the other withdraw method because bitcoin seemed to be the quickest out of all the methods.But back to the casino. Everything was great, The hosts were amazing,I had a hosted account so my personal host was a guy name joe or woman name elle and man they were like my friend when i would always talk to them. To Be Honest sometimes i would just log in just to say hi and joe would always hook me up with Chips. He was truly the most amazing Host they ever had and super genuine guy and very easy to talk to. Elle loved her Cats which she had quite a few and i could relate to her because of the very reason. I myself has 6 dogs so we would talk for a hot min and it was just the best experience i had whenever reaching out to the hosts. Never ever was i disappointed or upset when talking to them even loosing alot of money i know they would always try to make it a lot better. but This last years like 2024-2026 I found out joe was gone and didn’t speak to elle neither and they had a bunch of new hosts that were just idiots. After spending thousands of dollars and when i say thousands i mean thousands. I could pay someone’s salary and it would be a huge one with the amount of money i would spend. I got a email saying my account had been moved down a tier and was no longer hosted or a vip which i was puzzled because i had been vip pretty much at the very start.When i asked why that was they gave me some dumb a$$ excuse saying that the golden goose hosted vip tier was specifically for people that needed help with their gameplay and that wasn’t winning enough or some bs like that which i go on the site and it explains something very different and that was my understanding what a golden goose meant. And then i started getting these wack a** chips like $100 chips with $100 max cashout. Any chip i got had $100 max cashout. i used to get after spending like $300 i would get at the minimum $200 chip with a $2000 max cashout and a 25x wager limit. The wager limit on the new chips was 40x which was insane. If you guys aren’t familiar with wager limits do some research because they’re on most promotions at online casinos. i only used the ones that said No Cash out limits because if i won a jackpot then i could withdrawl all of it or $2500,a week and so on. but this casino used to be the best place to play and now it’s the worst casino to play at. The slots aren’t as giving anymore and the games are very much rigged. They will come at you with some bs like the technology they used is certified etc etc blah blah blah and random bs but come on we all know it’s not true. It sucks cause this was THE BEST TO PLAY AT but whomever took over or new manager really made it hard for me to stay and some anymore money here. I said i wanted to deactivate my account and that’s what they did,They didn’t ask me why or try to keep me as a player they just said ok and did it. Someone had a personal issue with me over there and i’m sure i’m not the only one this is happening too. Check my profile and you’ll see i’ve spent over half a mil since being a player. Complete and total scam
Complete and total scam. They will not let you cash out your winnings. They have a 40x deposit plus 40x the bonus on playthru but put a max cash out of 10x the deposit. So $6000 in playthru for a max cash out of $250. I had over $4500 as my balance and played almost double the playthru amount and $250 was all they would pay. Do you can win a jackpot but you'll never get it.. I would not recommend this site to anyone.. They just steal your money with no intention of ever having real jackpot winners. Worst casino ever

BEWARE !!! This place is a scam !!!
This place is a scam . I deposited money and won quite a bit more than I deposited so I cashed out . I did the bitcoin withdraw as it was the quickest option and free with no fees. I have sent all my verification stuff to receive my withdraw. For the last five days it’s oh we need pdf format or we can’t accept screenshots . Then this morning I wake up to a message telling me that my email isn’t registered with an account. The email that they have been responding to with updates about my withdraw. Just beware . This place is shady and sneaky and will rob you blind . If I were you I’d take your money elsewhere cause you will never see your winnings . It’s a load of crap !

I've poured hundreds of dollars into this online casino and every time I go to withdraw my winnings it either gets rejected, or I wait 20 days for them to review and process my withdrawal just so they can put the funds back into my casino balance with some excuse as to why the transaction couldn't happen.
