This was awful, over charged. Told me they could get me a replacement dumpster same day and could not. Couldn’t get me times for pickup or drop off. This felt like a middle man, cut them out and go for the main service. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hi Damaris, I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience — that’s never the kind of service we aim to provide. I did take a look into your order details. Your request came in after 5pm with a next-day delivery request. Dispatch had already finalized the schedule for the following morning, and we let you know around noon that we weren’t able to make the swap that same day. We did offer the next available slot, but you chose to cancel the swap, which we completely understood — and we refunded you in full. We try to accommodate every request, but because we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, same-day swaps aren’t always possible with late-day submissions. If there’s anything else you’d like us to clarify, feel free to reach out. Cinthya Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises

Dumpster Rental Enterprise was very easy to find online. It came up first in my search results, which made the process quick and convenient. Their pricing was clearly displayed and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The website was simple to navigate and provided a smooth experience from start to finish. The customer form was straightforward, with all the fields clearly marked, and the autocomplete feature worked just as expected. The terms of service were well-written and easy to follow, even though a bit lengthy, and it was clear how to agree and move forward. Although I didn’t place an actual order, the overall experience on the site was excellent. Everything felt trustworthy and professional, and based on this interaction, along with the strong reviews, I would absolutely consider using Dumpster Rental Enterprise in the future.
