I never received my delivery despite speaking with staff nearly four times about delivery date. Very upsetting that they didn’t communicate about any delays.

Hi Alyssa, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how frustrating delays can be. Our team works hard to ensure on-time deliveries, and we appreciate your patience. I see that your dumpster was successfully delivered on Friday, and we regret any miscommunication leading up to that. If there’s anything else we can do to make things right, please reach out to our team—we’d love the opportunity to help.
