The doctors I have had appts with are very nice and seem To care about my pets. Very valuable aspect. Pricing is amazing. I feel Very confident that many issues can be dealt with without the trauma and expense of a physical visit

The experience with the Vet was great, and everything else was subpar! The site is janky. Customer service, while pleasant, seems unaware and siloed within operations. An entire day, from 9 am - now 7:30 pm, trying to sign up, schedule booking, the 12 mins with the vet, and now it's been 6 hours trying to get the prescription to the pharmacist despite receiving confirmation that it was sent. Considering tomorrow is a holiday, I'm likely now going to have to take him to the ER to get meds. This is a horrible business practice.

Pharmacy transfers typically complete same day, though they can take up to 2-3 days depending on the pharmacy's processing. Excellent veterinarian. She took the time to explain our dog's diagnosis and treatment plan to help her. We loved the fact that we did not have to leave our home-- super convenient. Additionally, their pricing for meds is super competitive, if not cheaper than our regular veterinarian. Plus, they shipped it for free. I highly recommend you give them a try--we definitely will. Definitely well worth the cost.
