I signed up because I needed some advice and I needed it quickly and I couldn't get into the vet in time. turned out the first appointment was weeks away and I was worrying about something that needed attention kind of now. I commented that in a message in the vet responded I tried my own remedy to the dog's ales and my own remedy worked. so then she asked me to keep my appointment that was 2 weeks out and I did. then I couldn't find the link. I spent an hour wasted an hour trying to connect. the vet sent me a link but it was after the appointment was over. so I asked for a cancel and a refund and all they did was turn off my auto renew. the next available appointment? 3 weeks out. I can find my own vet in my new town by then. what a waste of money and a joke

Love this company! It is easy to make appointments, the vet is on time and answers all questions thoroughly. They send follow up messages to make sure everything went well and to see if you need follow up appointments. I feel it is well worth the cost and am very happy with them. I had one problem with not being able to connect with the vet and they quickly resolved it.

Fulfillment of prescribed medications is SLOW! Also, the "price-matching" really isn't that, rather Dutch issues a "credit" (for the difference of the lower priced like item) towards future purchases... There is also a CHARGE to transfer a prescription to a local pharmacy; there is also a stated DELAY that may be 3 DAYS or more! I find that Unacceptable for acute & EMERGENT situations...

For our price match policy, if you send in a screenshot of a lower price before placing your order, we'll provide a code to take that amount off at checkout. If the order has already been placed, we offer the option of a refund for the difference or a credit toward future purchases, whichever you prefer. Prescription transfers typically take 1 to 3 days depending on the queue, though most transfers are handled within 24 hours. For faster shipping, we offer rush shipping (1-2 days) and priority shipping (2-3 days) in addition to standard shipping (4-7 days). We also want to note that Dutch is not designed to treat emergency situations, in those cases, we always recommend going to an in-person vet or ER. This is the best for me and my fur baby. I dont have to pack up and drive as they dont like the vet . Service is efficient quick and cost effective

DO NOT USE!! They are a scam. They refuse to cancel your service even if it's on the 1st day & you never use it. They force you into a year long $100+ commitment with no real benefits. Run to another company for service!
