The vet was friendly and compassionate. She recommended a medication for my dog and it seems like his condition has improved. Didn’t have to wait a month out to see a vet. Will use this service again.

The vets Ive spoken to actually care and have been knowledgeable. They read all the notes before your appointment from past calls so you don’t have to repeat yourself again and give you game plan options as far as treatment plans.

First time Dutch user and it went swimmingly. Minor lag a few minutes in but that cleared up. Visit Friday and prescriptions due to arrive today (Monday). Process was fantastic. Vet was great.

Worst company ever! Do not use them! Customer service is horrible! Meanwhile my dog suffering due to there incompetence!
