Such a different experience than an in-person visit with a vet. No unnecessary upsells or tests just for flea preventative. Highly recommend.

This is a great service. Very professional. The vet listened and recognized my dogs chronic condition and prescribed just the right meds to help her. Obviously there are certain conditions that require an in person visit but that gets expensive. I would recommend signing up with Dutch and running it by them first. If needed. They will tell you to see a vet but if not they will save you a whole lot of money and appointments are available very quickly. Definite 10.

It would be beneficial to be upfront about what your capabilities are in each state prior to taking someone’s money for a subscription. I selected my state to sign up only to find out when booking a vet visit to get prescriptions that your services are illegal in my state and the subscription is pointless. I think it’s very disappointing for a company like this to not be forthcoming with the regulations they must abide by. You know your capabilities in each state and chose to hide it until you already took money for a subscription which is absolutely abhorrent. I was told I was getting a refund on the phone but we will see how easily that plays out.

We want to clarify that during the sign-up process, you are required to select your state before proceeding, and we provide information outlining state-specific requirements and limitations at that time. Users must review and continue through these disclosures in order to complete registration. Our services are designed to comply with varying state regulations, and those differences are communicated during onboarding. We understand that navigating these requirements can be frustrating, but we do make this information available prior to subscription. Regarding your refund, we see that it was addressed over the phone, and our team will process it accordingly. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

Thanks for your feedback. ll of our appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes, which is standard for virtual care and allows our vets to stay on schedule for all patients. To make the most of that time, we encourage pet parents to include as much detail as possible in the “reason for appointment” section when booking, and you can also upload photos ahead of time so the vet can review everything in advance. We do offer unlimited appointments, so if you have additional questions that weren’t covered, you’re always welcome to either send a message through the “message the vet” option in your portal or schedule a follow-up visit. Just like with in-person doctors, there are limits to how much can be addressed in a single appointment, but we make it easy to continue the conversation and get the support you need.

It was super fast and easy to get an appointment set up. The dr was professional, understanding and helfpul. Got treatment prescribed immediately and the entire process was extremely convenient.

We have a good in person veterinarian but there are times it's just impossible to get in. I have a hectic work schedule, and vet offices are so booked up. Many times, needs do not rise to the emergency level, so that cost isn't justified. Both of our appts so far have been excellent. One of my cats received treatment for a chronic condition we have been trying various treatments for; it changed her life! My other cat recently had an eye injury and healed with no issue. So grateful for this type of telehealth service.
