I am just so relieved to have been able to get on a zoom call with a vet and get answers to my questions the same day I joined within an hour. My baby Henny will live and eventually this too shall pass! Thank you Dutch!

Dutch made it easy to find fast and reliable care at a fair price. My cats don’t travel well in the car to see a local vet (which is usually more expensive too), so this worked beautifully. Meds were shipped in one day and my furry buddy is doing much better now, and I highly recommend Dutch physicians and their expertise!

They make vet care accessible to so many people that could not otherwise afford the care they are recieving or that have physical or fear based obstacles. I love what they are doing! For my appointment, the vet was super informative and friendly. We had a lot of info to cover and she made sure any questions or concerns I had were addressed and she got to everything we needed. I have not been able to work so I have been needing to get my dog to the vet but could not afford it. My dog has allergies and there are times I cry, seeing her suffer because I could not afford the care she needed. I am so grateful to have this option. THANK YOU SO MUCH! My dog also happens to be terrified of car rides and throws up any time shes in a moving vehicle. This option also saves her the stress of all that..

I ordered medication’s after we had a Tele visit with Dutch veterinarians, and never received the medication’s. I tried numerous times to have the medication‘s re-shipped to me and they told me I would have to pay for them. Terrible customer service from this pharmacy. I would never recommend them! I paid almost $100 for medication’s that I never received. And they refused to reimburse me! Very disappointed! Save your money go to a real vet!

We regret that you did not receive your medication after your telehealth visit and that you were asked to pay for a reshipment. That does not sound like the correct solution.
