The Vet was awesome

The vet was on time, the instructions were clear what they expected and what app to get so that you could use the service. The vet was friendly, easy to speak with and understand. She talked with me about each of my dogs issues. She checked him up and down. I feel she was correct on his diagnosis. She sent me a list of medication that day to check over and choose what I wanted and how I wanted it shipped. Some meds will be sent monthly or if I wanted to pay for them all they would send them all. My issue is I paid two days ago and I find no update the meds were shipped. We are heading now into a weekend so if they are not shipped today then we must wait through the weekend. I feel meds should be shipped the day they are purchased if paid for before 5 pm. Thankfully my dog is only annoyingly sick and not Urgent sick. So my score is not for the doctor or service but for the when will you mail and update me about the medication I purchased?
