Althoug we had technical issues with Zoom we managed to discuss Hans' problem. The call cut off and is rescheduled for tomorrow in the morning. I liked the vet; she was knowledable and we will work out a treatment plan tomorrow.

The vet they paired me with understood that I was just looking for filling a prescription that my cat has been taking for years. We connected over Zoom, hje asked the right questions, made sure all was good with my cat and provided me with the prescription that he needed.

It's a great concept. Clunky execution. The vets are stellar. I've had numerous issues with orders from their pharmacy. Repeated double billing. Billing errors. And needed to contact their customer services a handful of times (at minimum) for resolution. Customer service ranged from helpful & courteous to very dismissive. I really wish they could get it together. It's a great concept. This is my second year with a membership because I've been pulling for their improvement but I'm not sure if I will remain if I don't see changes. I'm still waiting for a response to a question about something that should have been resolved 24 hours ago. I'm adding a bit more here because since I didn't receive a response from customer service, I opted to set up a secondary follow up visit to try to get an answer. As soon as I booked it, I got a reply on their site to my first question so I immediately cancelled the follow up and was subsequently charged $25 for a same day cancellation. I could've just logged in and wasted the vet's time. I will not be doing that again. I can only imagine if it were more urgent how upset I would be. I'm cancelling my account. So... many... bad experiences with dealing with the actual site. The vets are great.

Regarding the $25 fee, we do see that you reached out about the charge. Our system bot initially responded with an explanation of the no-show/same-day cancellation policy. I had a wonderful experience with our online vet visit. The doctor was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel much more at ease about my pet's health from the comfort of home. It was convenient, professional, and exactly what we needed.
