Our dog has been in pain suffering from constipation. When we got a vet on the phone (about 8 hours later). She asked no questions, I could barely hear her because of kids in her background and her connection was bad. We said we think she may be constipated but we weren't sure, and she just said she would prescribe a laxative. No questions about her symptoms or anything. We asked how long it would take because of the pain our dog was in. She said 4 days but we could transfer to a pharmacy to get it faster. The website and app took about 2 hours to actually come through and as it turns out, she prescribed a probiotic and then said we could also try laxatone which is for cats. As it turns out, ordering through them costs way more than just ordering from Amazon and you have to pay $20 to get the probiotic rushed from them which still take 2-3 days or you could get it transferred which I found out that the website discourages but charges $5 to transfer and IT TAKES LONGER. What a rip off... we will just have to go to vet hospital. So glad the call was recorded because I'm reporting them

We’re very sorry this experience felt frustrating, especially while your puppy wasn’t feeling well. We know how stressful that can be. After reviewing the visit, we did notice that the appointment took place while you were traveling in a car, which may have contributed to some of the audio or connection challenges. We did not observe children in the veterinarian’s background, but we’re sorry if the call quality made the conversation more difficult than it should have been. During the consultation, you reached out regarding constipation concerns. The veterinarian provided guidance on supportive care and discussed treatment options, including a laxative, and also mentioned that certain recommended items were available over the counter and could be picked up locally if that was faster or more convenient. We do offer the ability to transfer prescriptions to an outside pharmacy, as well as price matching and multiple shipping speed options, so pet parents can choose what works best for their timing and budget. We understand you chose to cancel, and our team processed your cancellation and issued a full refund. We truly hope your puppy is feeling better, and we’re sorry again that this experience did not meet your expectations.

The veterinarian listened to all my concerns and is developing a treatment plan to eradicate a mite infestation that my regular veterinarian refuses to acknowledge.

Scheduling was a breeze and the vet was incredibly nice, thorough, and helpful. Very helpful service for my high-anxiety cat who is basically impossible to get out of the house.
