It was good. Just a little tech issue but was able to be seen later on that day. Waiting on the meds now so I can pay and have Nana feeling better.

The veterinarian was professional, attentive, and informative. My only concern was that prescriptions are not immediately filled with local pharmacies. I was suggested several over the counter options, which I appreciate.

My dog has an upper respiratory infection that has gotten worse since my vet visit (yesterday) with Dutch because I CANNOT GET THE MEDICATION! What is the point of spending money on a service to help keep your pets healthy but because they make money off of the meds, and their profit is their priority, we can’t get the medication that they prescribed. So now I am in the position where I know he is truly sick and needs medication but the service that is providing his “care” is making it impossible for me to treat him. DO NOT SIGN UP. The only thing you will be paying for is extreme anxiety, that is unless you want to buy their flea and tick medication or sign up for insurance through them - which they blast you with advertising for throughout the site. Even when I said my dogs are fine in those departments, they still list them as “overdue/late” in their portal. This is a 100% a ‘profit first and only, pet wellness if it maybe happens to occur’. Deplorable - do not use this service.

However, there are some states where we are currently only able to provide veterinary advice due to state regulations. The type of service available in your state is shown during sign-up before purchase so pet parents know what to expect. If a medication is not available through our pharmacy, we can help transfer the prescription directly to a local pharmacy so you can access it as quickly as possible. We also offer price matching on prescriptions if you find the same medication at a lower cost elsewhere. Our goal is to make treatment accessible, not to create barriers. Dutch provides unlimited virtual vet appointments with a licensed veterinarian for one flat annual fee, making it easier for pet parents to get guidance and support throughout the year. That said, Dutch is not intended to replace urgent care or conditions that require in-person examination, diagnostics, or hands-on treatment. If a pet’s condition worsens or requires immediate physical evaluation, we always recommend seeking local veterinary care. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the portal experience and product visibility. While we do offer preventative care options like flea and tick and insurance, pet wellness is always our priority. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our team. Vets have been super helpful, nice and informative. Appointments can happen the next day usually. Responses to messages are quick. This is definitely a convenient service when you have a lot of pets and cant afford a $200 visit for any thing you need.

So amazing ! and i am grateful to have this service!! Just obtained a rescue dog from another state who arrived with a cough and cold Dr Ashley Dawes was so professional and kind ! She prescribed the medication he needed it is coming right-to my door ! So great for a dog that is already shy and scared ! NO TRIP TO THE VET ! THANK YOU DUTCH !!!
