Dr Fleming was very personable, attentive and caring about Copper’s needs and gave us a detailed plan including home care until his meds arrive.

Ease of access, affordable, and in my area, it seems the vets are only here for the money and I find that mentality sickening. Each time I do get into a vet since all of them are not taking new clients, they fold and my pup is without care again until I can find another provider. No thanks, Dutch is perfect for renewing his prescriptions and answering any and all questions. On top of that, my assigned doctor, Ahmed Almomany clearly cares about pets, and seems well versed and educated. You can't go wrong.

Being the holidays getting in to my regular vet posed a problem. Her injury isn't too serious, but serious enough to need a once over by a vet. So, this service worked perfectly. However, getting meds has proven to be difficult. By the time I get her meds she may lose an eye due to infection. At this point I would have been better off just waiting to see our regular Vet. For me, this ended up being a waste of money and time.

We want to clarify that Dutch is not intended to replace emergency or urgent veterinary services. For conditions that may rapidly worsen or risk permanent damage, such as potential eye infections, we always recommend in-person or emergency veterinary care when available. Regarding medications, we do offer both standard and rush shipping options. However, during peak holiday periods, shipping carriers may experience delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how disappointing this can be when time is critical, and we regret that this impacted your experience. Our goal is to provide convenient access to veterinary guidance for non-emergency situations, and we’re sorry that this situation did not meet your expectations.
