I LOVE Dutch!!! AND especially Dr. Radillo. I've been using the service and choosing Dr. Radillo for a year. They have been so helpful with my 3 dogs and new Rescue. I've had great vet appointments. Dr. Radillo is kind, caring, listens carefully, extremely knowledgeable and I trust her to help keep my family healthy. The customer service at Dutch is amazing. Fast responses, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The vet call was just fine. It’s the amount of time. I have to wait to give my dog its medication. A week and if I wanna pay an extra $20 I can get it two days faster. It would be very easy for them to send the order of amoxicillin to the pharmacist

Vet was great! She answered all my questions without making me feel like I was an idiot! Pharmacy personnel were great too! It was very easy to set up the visit too! Dutch and vet followed up to make sure my cat was doing better! Messages were answered very quickly! Thank you Dutch!!
