2nd time I have dealt with this vet. Super nice, and easy to understand and talk to.

I have had a Dutch subscription for over a year and have used it at least once for each of my four dogs. In each case, the doctor has been personable and knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis. In one case, it was a life threatening situation and had I not spoken with a Dutch vet who encouraged me to seek immediate help my dog may not have survived. I am a huge Dutch fan. I am thankful for this service,

Dr Sahar is wonderful. She is kind, very knowledgeable and very professional. She listened carefully and diagnosed my beloved kitty Mama with FLUTID and prescribed her a treatment for it. She immediately called in her prescription. She explained exactly what FLUTID is about and why Mama has been feeling the way she has been feeling for so long. I am so grateful to her. Dr Sahar wants to know how Mama is doing and I’m to contact her in a week. Also, she said I can message her or arrange another call with her sooner or after that with any other questions or concerns about Mama. My experience with Dr Sahar was truly excellent! Mama and I thank you so much Dr Sahar!

I am for the most part happy I. The service all the way through the service until I asked about a price match on a prescription that was given for my dog, and wasn't responded to in a reasonable time for the sake of getting my pet started on the meds so I just ordered the meds at a higher price than I could of paid

Hi there, thank you for sharing this, and I’m really sorry for the frustration you experienced, especially when you were trying to get your pup started on medication quickly. We appreciate you sticking with us through the process. As noted, we apologize for any delays I have advised our team to reach out and work to refund the difference on your order for the price match. We never want a slow response to get in the way of timely care, and we’re reviewing what happened here so we can prevent it going forward. If there’s anything else we can do or if you have additional details to share, please reach out to us at [email protected].
