I had such a great experience with this tele-vet service. The veterinarian took the time to clearly explain all of my pet’s options, breaking things down in a way that was easy to understand even over video. They were patient with my questions, never rushed me, and made sure I felt confident about the next steps. I truly felt like my pet’s well-being was their top priority. So thankful for the convenience and the care we received!

The call was right on time. He listened to my description of my cat and offered good advice. He examined her via video call and was able to give me a prescription for her eye condition.

I purchased the year subscription a few days ago, video chatted with a vet the very next day. My dog gets reoccurring ear infections due to having floppy ears and allergies so Dutch just made sense. Now, I don’t have to put my senior dog through the stress of a car ride and a visit to the vet. The vet call lasted about 10 minutes and she immediately knew what was wrong and prescribed his treatment plan which I was able to purchase right after the vet call. The only complaint I have would be how long it takes for the meds to arrive, about a week for regular shipping or for an extra cost you can expedited shipping but that still takes 4 days. Overall I still give Dutch and its team 5 stars for its convenience, knowledge and kindness. Thank you!

I love Dr. Hoffman. She listens and truly takes the time to address the specific concerns for both you and your fur baby. She will go over every option and allow you to choose what you think is best once she has give you the pros and cons of each. I think she is truly one of the best I have ever seen!

Was super smooth & easy. We run a rescue & have 27 dogs here. My vet is 30 min away. So getting so many in sometimes is too time consuming. This is exactly what we needed!
