The vet was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I do not like that the prescription for my pet has to be sent to me in the mail. I need the antibiotics to cure my dog’s infection immediately. I do not have time to wait for the prescription to come in the mail. You should give me the prescription and allow me to drop it off at a pharmacy near me so I can pick it up right away.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you had a great experience with the vet! We completely understand how urgent it can feel when your pet needs medication, and we're sorry for any frustration caused by the shipping process. Dutch works with a partner pharmacy to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and in line with telemedicine regulations, which is why we typically ship medications directly. That said, we absolutely offer prescription transfers if you'd prefer to fill the medication at a local pharmacy instead. Just reach out to our team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help coordinate that for you. We’re here to make sure your pet gets the care they need as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate you being part of the Dutch community.

My senior dog was having pain when walking due to joint pain and an old injury. Dr Afraz was very knowledgeable and prescribed my Yorkie pain medication and supplements. Easy to use app. Very convenient to use the virtual zoom

Idk who is rating Dutch anything but 1 star, but they are a total scam. They overcharge for everything, and they only sell name brand meds so they can charge an arm and a leg. They say they price match, but not to the generic, AND every price match you have to submit ample proof to get the discount. I absolutely would NOT recommend them, and think they are a despicable company who is only out to make a ton of money conning people. AVOID THE SCAM, stick with an honest vet who will give you a prescription you can take anywhere to be filled.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with Dutch didn’t meet expectations. We want to clarify a few important points. Dutch does offer price matching, and we work to honor requests with a screenshot showing the same brand medication the vet prescribed at a lower cost. Our team is always happy to review and apply eligible discounts when the appropriate documentation is provided, this helps ensure consistency and fairness across pharmacies. We also understand how important convenience and affordability are when it comes to your pet’s care. While we fulfill prescriptions through a partner pharmacy to maintain safety and compliance, we do offer prescription transfers upon request, you're absolutely welcome to have medications filled at a local pharmacy if that’s your preference. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected], we're here to help however we can.

Perfect paring to in-person appointments. My dogs are less stressed using the telemedicine appointment when appropriate.
