I paid for an annual Dutch membership in January 2025 specifically to access virtual vet visits and prescription medications like Bravecto, which were actively being advertised and available at the time. Now, halfway through my membership, I can’t access prescriptions at all in Oklahoma like I could in December and January when I paid for the annual plan. Dutch never communicated this change. No email, no notice in my account, nothing. I only found out when I tried to schedule a visit and was blocked with a vague message about no prescriptions being available on my state, only "advice." They say they were required to make these changes due to legal regulations but still haven’t substantiated with any real legal reference when I've reached out for explanation. To make things worse, I still get regular texts and emails asking me to buy prescription products they know they can’t legally provide in my state. Customer service has been slow and completely unwilling to offer a refund, despite the fact that the core feature I paid for is no longer available. Avoid this company if you live in a state where they might quietly pull the plug on services you paid for. And don’t expect transparency or accountability when they do.

The information provided was very informative about the possible causes of my dog’s condition, and they had multiple treatment options ready for our call. She were also very helpful and assisted me in connecting the call whenever I encountered technical difficulties..

The Doctor I met with was absolutely amazing! He was very patient and kind. He explained what was happening and the course of treatment in a way that I could understand. My Yorkie improved more in the 2 weeks we’ve been seeing him than he did for the past few years with my other Vet. I think he actually listened and was not all about finding ways to charge more money and run more tests…like I feel my, now past, Vet did. Thank you!!!

i am reviewing my first online appointment with dutch. overall i am really satisfied with the service. the online booking of appointment was easy (first available appointment was 2 days out, but it's usually 2+ weeks out at my local vet). the zoom call started right on time. my vet, dr martin, was very pragmatic in the treatment plan for my semi-feral cat, weighing efficacy against likelihood of successful administration of the medication. she even took into consideration the possibility of my cat's conjunctivitis spreading to the other cats in the household when prescribing medication. i ended up using the dutch pharmacy after dr martin explained all the options to get the prescription filled. it does take 3-4 days to get the medicine, so if i have a pet emergency, i would still be visiting my local vet / urgent care. but for routine or non-urgent pet medical needs, dutch is a great time-, money-, and stress-saving option.

Very convenient to use. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Fantastic followup on the wellness of my four legged friend.
