Very knowledgeable professional help. Zoom call connected right on time and received a decent price on the medications. I started with a monthly subscription but if things stay as they are I will switch to yearly.

This was by far the BEST vet appointment, we got a treatment plan for our 2 dogs, medications, and didn’t need to spend an arm and a leg to get this done!! And also a huge plus to be in your own home having the visit versus going to a clinic.

Do not give them payment information, they will immediately fraudulently charge you. Avoid them like the plague they are.

We took a look at your account and want to clarify that Dutch is a subscription-based service that requires you to actively enter your payment information and confirm it before any charges are made — we don’t have a way to charge without your direct approval. That said, we completely understand that plans change. When you were unable to reschedule your vet appointment and decided you no longer needed the service, our team promptly assisted with canceling your membership and issued a full refund. If you have any remaining questions or concerns, we’re more than happy to help — transparency and trust are very important to us.

We were very impressed with Dr. Krecic's professionalism, knowledge and sincere interest in the well-being of our cat. If I had any doubts about joining Dutch and the quality of care through video conference, he erased them. I would definitely recommend him.

This was an excellent experience! Dr. Hofman was above & beyond great, she provided seamless care by listening, understanding, and reassuring me as a cat mom. Not only that, but now my Tenchi has an affordable RX for his problem & we didn't even have to stress him out by leaving the house. I can't recommend Dutch & Dr. Hofman enough, thank you so much!

This is a great service, especially if you own multiple pets. Being able to communicate with a licensed vet and have your pet/s seen quickly is well worth the membership. The features and options available through Dutch’s service offerings are relevant and priced reasonably.

This service is a game changer for animals that experience car or travel anxiety. The Doctor made us feel valued on the zoom call and spent quality time discussing the best options to treat Nala’s condition. The cost of meds are very reasonable and shipping is quick!
