Just started with Dutch but so far I am very happy with the vet care we have received. My only negative feeling about the whole experience was the fact I dont think it was clear when signing up, that this is not for same day vet appointments, those cost extra. And to waste time trying to sign up during an urgent situation only to find out we couldnt see a vet right then withiut paying more money was a bit upsetting. But everything since that first experience has beet really great.

Trying to get a second prescription for my dog that was recommended by vet and never sent. Sending several emails and not getting anywhere. Tried to get a video call with the vet that prescribed it and she has no available appointments. No customer service phone number. What am I supposed to do?
